A Family Affair
My son recently was told he had to take the HDI QQ0-401: SDI-Service Desk Foundation Qualification Exam for his job and asked if I could try to find a program to help him with the test. He never touches computers so I looked around until I finally found TestsForge. What a great find. We were able to print the info out for him to study at his home and he comes over and we run the mock tests. Not only is he doing very well on the mock tests, he is also beginning to get a bit comfortable using a computer. He's also not as nervous about taking the test now.
