I had a fear of failing again but thanks to you and my wife I'm certified!

I failed my Avaya 132-S-712: Specialist: Avaya Proactive Contact Solutions Design Elective exam twice last year and gave up on it. I had practically forgotten it but my wife urged me to try once more. I had a fear of failing again. But, she bought me your exam prep program and I gave it a try. I enjoyed it.
